When your service is due for renewal, we'll send an email to your primary email address--that's the same address you use to sign in to Turbify. Want to change the email address these notices are sent to? You can change your Turbify user ID.
You can renew your account through the email, or by signing into your My Services page.

Renew your account using renewal email
This email has the subject line Renewal Notice for Your Yahoo India Services and contains the details of your invoice, including the amount due:

Click the Pay Now button to make your payment online. You'll be taken to a secure page on CC Avenue where you can enter your payment details.

Since we send this email on your service's due date, we ask that you make payment as soon as possible to avoid service interruption. Not receiving your renewal notices? Add orders@ccavenue.com to your Contacts.
Note that the payment link will expire within 10-15 days after the email is sent. If you need to make a payment after the link has expired, you can renew your account by signing into your My Services page. If you have any other issues, please get in touch from our Customer Support page.
Renew your account from your My Services page
- Go to Turbify India account.
- Sign in with your login ID and password.
- Click the Billing Information link.

- Go to Invoices.

- Click the Invoices Due tab.

- Place a checkmark next to the invoices you wish to pay, then click the Pay Now button.

Note: After submitting the payment, it will take up to 48 hours to process. Once processed, it will reflect on the status of the invoice.
