There are three different types of text elements in Website Builder: Title, Subtitle, and Body. Note: Website Builder will not save or publish the semicolon character when added to these elements.

- From your Manage Site page, click Edit site or Site Design.

- Click inside any Section and then click Setup Section.

- Click Elements and then Item Elements.

- Go to the next step to begin editing the sample text.
- From your Manage Site page, click Edit site or Site Design.

- Go to the Section with the Body element that you wish to edit.

- Click inside the Body element and select Edit Body.

- The text element will be highlighted and a text editor will appear.

- Delete the sample text and add your own. Options for modifying the text in the text editor are:
- Preset type
- Font type
- Font color
- Text alignment
- Font size
- Letter spacing
- Clear formatting
- Publish when ready.

- From your Manage Site page, click Edit site or Site Design.

- Go to the Section where you wish to add the Title or Subtitle. Note: Section or Section Item will appear when you hover your mouse.

- Click Title and/or Subtitle to add them to the item. Note: Both buttons will be highlighted when they're active. To remove a title or subtitle, follow the same steps. Neither button will be highlighted when they're inactive.

- Go to the next step to begin editing the title or subtitle.
- From your Manage Site page, click Edit site or Site Design.

- Go to the Section where you wish to edit the Title or Subtitle.

- Click the Title or Subtitle element and select Edit Title or Edit Subtitle.

- Edit the Text within the element as shown above.

Add text
- From your Manage Site page, click Edit site or Site Design.

- Click inside any element in an item then click the : icon.

- Click the Add Element icon.

- In the Add a new element to item window, click the Body icon.

- Choose to add the Body element to all items in the section or to just the one.

- Go to the next step to begin editing the sample text.
Edit text
- From your Manage Site page, click Edit site or Site Design.

- Go to the section with the Body element that you wish to edit.
- Click inside the Body element and select Edit Body.

- The text element will be highlighted and a basic text editor will appear.

- Delete the sample text and add your own. Options for modifying the text in the basic text editor are:
- Choosing a Custom or Website Style.
- Font type.
- Font color.
- Text alignment.
- Font size.
- Style: Bold, Italicize and Underline.
- Vertical and horizontal spacing.
- Text direction.
- Publish when ready.

Note: For a richer text editor option, click and highlight the text after it's been added. A rich text editor will appear. This will include additional options such as adding text links, numbered lists, bullet points, and increase/decrease indent.

Note: The Title and Subtitle elements do not have the option for the rich text editor.
Add a title or subtitle
- From your Manage Site page, click Edit site or Site Design.

- Go to the section to which you wish to add the title or subtitle.
- Click inside any element in the item then select Section Settings.

- Click Item then select click the Title and/or Subtitle buttons to add them to the item.

Both buttons will be highlighted when they're active.

Note: To delete a title or subtitle, follow the same steps as above. Neither button will be highlighted when they're inactive. - Publish when ready.
