Merchant Solutions requires merchants to have an About Us page as part of their site. The purpose of this required page is to display your store's contact information, and policies for shipping and refunds and other business practices. Having clearly outlined policies not only can protect your business interests as a merchant, but customers will be assured that they are doing business with a reputable company that clearly outlines their policies and practices for doing business.
You can access your About Us page via the Contents page and create a link to the page on your navigation using the Link button in the Editor toolbar.
Access and edit your About Us page
- Sign in to your My Services page.
- Click the Store link.

- Go to Store Editor.

- In the Advanced Editor toolbar, click the Contents button.

- Scroll down and click the Edit icon next to the info link. Note: The page ID for the About Us page is info.

- Under Object Properties:
- In the Greeting field, enter a greeting to your customers.
- In the Address-phone field, enter your contact information.
- Upload an image if desired.
- In the Info field, enter your shipping, refund, returns, and cancellation policies.

- Click the Update button.

Add a link to your About Us page
- From your Home page, click the Link button.

- Under Object Properties:
- In the Name field, enter About Us.
- In the Url field, enter the relative file path of your About Us page: /info.html.

- Click the Update button.

The link to the About Us page now appears in your navigation.

- Publish when ready.

Note: This will require a Publish All.
Tip: If you click the link in Store Editor, you'll be taken to the Edit page for the link rather than to the link destination. Be sure to test the link in your published store to make sure it works correctly.
Note: If you do not wish to add the link to your navigation, you can use HTML to add the link to the Footer-text variable in the Fanal theme or the Footer-additional-content variable in the Sambee or Divitto theme. Learn more.
