Apple does not support syncing contacts if you use the Other option when setting up your mail. If you recently updated your business email to our new platform and you access your business email on iOS, you can add the Yahoo Mail account (the one your business email was previously linked to) to your device using the Yahoo option. Doing so will sync your contacts.

Sync your business email contacts in iOS

1. Tap Settings.
   
2. Tap Passwords & Accounts.
   
3. Tap Add Account.
   
4. Select Yahoo.
   
5. Sign in to the Yahoo Mail account which was linked to your business email account.
   
6. Initially, Contacts will not be enabled. Toggle the switch next to Contacts to the right.
   
7. Select to Keep on your device.
   
8. Contacts will now be enabled. Tap Save.
   
9. To confirm your contacts have been synced, go to your Home screen and tap Settings.
   
10. Tap Contacts.
    
11. Tap My Info. Your contacts will be displayed.
