The Custom Content Area is an optional section of the floating cart that merchants may use to display special promotions, important information or instructions, or other content of their choosing to their customers. The Custom Content Area is located below all other content sections of the floating cart.
Content entered into the Custom Content Area field may be formatted as plain text, or using HTML. There is no character limit for content entered into this field, however, merchants should note that lengthier content will result in an increase to floating cart size. (Merchants familiar with CSS may wish to use custom CSS to resize their floating cart, in order to support a large custom content area.) Individual words or promotional codes displayed in this section should be no longer than a maximum of 50 consecutive characters. Words or promotional codes that exceed 50 characters will not wrap to the next line, and will not display with all characters shown.
Insert content into the Custom Content Area
- Sign in to your My Services page.
- Click the Store link.

- Go to Floating Cart Manager.

- From the Global Settings tab, locate the Floating Cart Settings section. The Custom Content Area field is located near the middle of this section.

- Enter content into the Custom Content Area field as text or HTML. If you're entering plain text but wish to insert line breaks or paragraph breaks between lines of text, you must format this text using HTML. Breaks inserted using the Enter key will not be recognized or reflected in the floating cart. Learn more.

- Choose to Save, Save & Preview, or Publish your settings. Previewing your settings before publishing your changes is recommended.
