How to sign up for a Turbify plan
Looking to sign up for a Web Hosting, Merchant Solutions, Domains or Business Mail account? Learn how.

Turbify provides domain names for Merchant Solutions, Website Builder, WordPress hosting, Business Mail, Web Hosting, and Domains plans. You can sign up for up to 10 domains per order. Note: If you need to sign up for more than 10, you will need to place another order. Please note that if you choose a new domain name, you may be asked to verify your domain contact information via email. Learn more about verifying your domain contact information.
Search for an available domain name to use with your account.
If the domain you wish to register is available in the domain search, it will be automatically added to your cart.
Note: If the domain you searched for isn't available, we'll provide you with other domain extensions that you can use (or you can search for another domain name).
Important: Some domain name extensions are free when signed up with Web Hosting, ecommerce, and Business Mail, but some will have registration and renewal fees.
Choose how you'd like to be billed: monthly, yearly, every 2 or 3 years. Note: The .ai domain is limited to a 2-year registration.
Review your Billing Summary. Note: If applicable, taxes are calculated and displayed on the Order Review page.
Click the Continue button.
Create a login ID with which you want the account to be associated and click the Create Account button. You can also Sign In with an existing Turbify account or Sign up with Google. Tip: If your website is going to be for a business, we suggest using an existing business specific email address for the login ID and not associating your plan with a personal email address. Important: Your information must be correct (especially the email address) in case we need to contact you about your domain. Please enter an email address you check regularly. Note: If you receive an error code 042 notice, please confirm your information and try again. If you continue to receive the error, please contact Customer Care at 1-833-698-8585 and reference the error code.
Add your Billing Information. Important: We will use the address you enter to calculate the tax.
The Domain registration information is the same as the billing information section is checked by default. If it is different, uncheck and change the domain registration information.
Click the Save billing information button. Note: We verify addresses for accuracy. You may see a notice that says to use the suggested address.
Select the Payment Method you want to use (Credit Cards or PayPal). If you have a payment method stored, select it and click the Continue button. Important: You must save your billing information before moving to payment methods. Note: If you select PayPal, review your order, and submit payment, you will be directed to log in to PayPal to complete the order. Tip: For PayPal, make sure that your PayPal account is attached to a bank account. If a PayPal account has a balance on it and no bank account attached to it, it may also have issues with recurring charges.
Add your Payment Method by entering your Credit Card details. Important: Pre-paid cards and gift cards may not pass the AVS (address verification system) check and may also have issues with recurring charges. Pe-paid cards and gift cards may also have issues with refunds. Please use a standard credit/debit card.
Click the Continue button.
Review the order summary.
Important: Review the recurring charges shown at the bottom of the order page.
Review the Terms of Service, GDPR Policy, and Privacy Policy, and then click the Checkbox to agree to the terms.
Click the Submit Payment button.
Sign up for a Turbify plan using an existing domain name
Click I already have a domain, enter your existing domain, and click the Search button.
You should see the following dialog. If correct, click the Continue button.
Review your domain, Confirm that you own it, and click the Continue button. Note: You can point the domain to Turbify to use with your account using these instructions. We also suggest you transfer your domain to Turbify, as we'll renew it annually at no additional charge. If you need to think about it, don't worry. You can always transfer your domain after signing up. Important: Please note that .ai domains cannot be transferred to Turbify.
