Yes. Store Files replaces the old Files upload tool in Store Editor that used to be accessed by clicking the Files link when in Advanced Editor. Clicking on the Files link will now take you to Store Files.
All of the files that you previously uploaded using the old Files upload tool have been moved to Store Files, and are being served from the Yahoo Content Delivery network. These files can be accessed and managed from Store Files.
