Why did I get a PayPal Here error?

Have you received this error when adding PayPal Pro as a payment processor?

Thanks for being a loyal PayPal user. We're constantly working to improve our services, but at the moment, we don't support online upgrades from your product to PayPal Payments Pro. Please contact us to upgrade.

PayPal Here accounts are compatible only with the PayPal Checkout option. You can still use your existing account with the Use your existing payment processor option by upgrading to PayPal Pro, but you’ll need to contact PayPal for assistance.

What if I don’t want to upgrade to PayPal Pro?

Your PayPal Here account can be used with the Checkout method without any changes. Please see this Help Page for more information.
