When it comes to websites, one size doesn't fit all. If you find that you need more space and features for your content--or less--it's time to choose a new one. You're welcome to change your plan at any time. Please note that only account owners are able to change a plan.
Important: When a plan is changed, any custom DNS records that are present may be reverted to default. Before making any plan changes, we recommend reviewing the Advanced DNS settings in the Domain Control Panel to make note of any custom records that you may wish to continue using after the change.
Please note that .ai domains are only available with a 2 year registration. If you purchase a .ai domain with hosting or business email, the 2 year term is the only service plan available.
Note: Change plan is not available for all subscriptions at this time. When changing plans, some plans may not be available depending on your current service. If you are not seeing the plan you want to change to, or are receiving an error, please contact support.
Change your Turbify plan
- Sign in to your My Services page.
- Click the Billing Information link.

- In the Subscriptions tab and Actions section, click the Change Plan link.

- Select a new plan.

- This page will only appear if your account is past due. Note: You must pay any past due amount before changing your plan.

- Choose a new plan and term, then click the Select button. Note: Billing defaults to a 12-month term. If you'd like a longer--or shorter--term, make sure to select it from the pull-down menu before clicking Select.

- Once the New selected plan is chosen, click the Continue button.

- Review your Change plan summary. This will show all applicable refunds and charges, including what your next term's charges will be. Make note of any special conditions, such as the text in red below. Important: Make sure to read the terms of service, then click the checkbox before you Confirm changes.

- Congratulations! You have a new plan. The next page shows the charge summary as on the previous page. Click the Continue button and you're all done. Plan changes are effective immediately, so you can start using any new features right away.
