Most updates to customer and order data should be shown in Customer Manager within two minutes of the order, order update, or customer information update taking place. However, product and product category data associated with customer orders may take up to 24 hours to update.
When filtered queries are run but do not include product or product category data, the results returned will include information from the last 24 hours (unless a date range excluding the last 24 hours has been set). When filtered queries are run that include product or product category filters, however, the results returned may not include information from the last 24 hours, if the product and product category data has not yet been updated. This includes results returned in the customer table, and the data included in a generated report.
