Some third-party senders may report receiving a bounceback error of:
421 4.4.2 Connection dropped due to SocketError
when sending mail to Turbify Business Mail users. This error is due to increased anti-spam measures by Yahoo Mail, our Turbify Business Mail provider.
To prevent this error, the sender needs to have either an SPF record or DKIM configured on their domain for their mail servers. For senders using the Microsoft 365 mail service for their domain (A.K.A. Outlook online), please suggest that they follow the instructions on this Microsoft help page. For other senders, please advise them to speak to their mail administrators.
Note: If you are receiving a "421 socket error" bounceback from the email you send as a Turbify Business Mail user, please contact our support for assistance.
