Merchant Solutions customers who are registered to use integrated UPS functionality with their store can process UPS shipments directly from the Store Manager. Click the Orders link located in the Process column of Store Manager, go to an individual order, and click the Ship Order link.

The UPS Shipping Tool will automatically retrieve/populate the relevant information from each individual order. Review the order information and click Ship Now to receive a UPS Shipping Label and UPS Tracking number. Note: Ship Now is only available for UPS Domestic shipping at this time.
Merchants who include the Company Name field in checkout should note that while any information entered in the Company Name field does not display in the shipping tool, it will be included on the shipping label.
