On your Localworks Premium plan, you can collect first-party reviews from customers and add those reviews to your website. First you will need to create a Reviews widget and then add the widget code to your website.

Please note that healthcare providers will not be able generate reviews or use the Reviews widget as this service is not HIPPA compliant. Learn more about HIPPA.

Create a Review widget

1. Sign in to your My Services page.
2. Click the Dashboard link.
   
3. From the Reviews tab, select Publishing. This will take you to the Widgets page.
   
4. In the Reviews module, select Create.
   
5. From the pull-down menu, select a location.
   
6. Select a color scheme for your theme. Click the Advanced button for more options.
   
   
7. Configure the display settings.
   • Show Header - Adds a link to the first party collection page to the widget header.
   • Include Schema - Toggles the AggregateRating and reviewCount Schema.org properties in the widget. Only one widget per website page should have this setting enabled.
   • Show Body - Shows review rating and counts from up to three publisher listings. The footer will only be visible if the selected location has reviews on publisher sites.
   
8. Choose an installation method:
   
   • WordPress - Sign in to your WordPress account and install/activate the Turbify WordPress plugin. Learn more.
     
   • Embed Code - Copy and paste the Reviews widget code to your site pages.
     
   • Send to my webmaster - Send an invitation to your web designer with instructions on how to add the Reviews widget code to your site pages.
     
     

Invite customers to review your business

1. Sign in to your My Services page.
2. Click the Dashboard link.
   
3. Click the Reviews tab then select Generation.
   
4. Click the Send Invitations button.
   
5. You'll have options to send a single invite or multiple invites.
   • Send a single invite:
     • Select the location.
     • Enter your customer’s Title, First Name, and Last Name.
     • Choose to send the invite via SMS or email.
     • Select the invite template.
     • Click the Send button.
     
   • Send multiple invites:
     • Click the Download Template link to download a CSV file with the required header information already filled in.
     • Fill out the information per the instructions on the Send Multiple Invites pane then save your file.
     • Click the Choose File button to upload your file.
     • Select the location.
     • Click the Continue button.
     • On the next page you can review the multiple invites.
     • Click the Send Invite button.
