You can access a customer's order history from the time they registered with your store from their Customer Information page.
Access a customer's order history
- In Customer Manager, click on the customer's name in the customer table.

- On the Customer Information page, click either the Order History tab located near the top of the page, or the View All Orders Since Registering link below the Recent Orders table.

- The customer's order history appears.

When viewing a customer's order history, you have filtering options to view all orders, or to view orders placed during a certain year. To view all orders placed in a year, click on the year link located at the top of the order history table.
