Standard UPS legal disclaimers will appear at the bottom of the checkout pages when one or more of these conditions are met:
- A store uses UPS Real-Time Rates to quote shipping charges.
- A store uses UPS shipping methods.
- A store displays the We ship with UPS logo.
These disclaimers appear on the shipping and billing pages. They also appear on the shopping cart page if the shipping calculator is used. For legal reasons, these disclaimers cannot be hidden by merchants using integrated UPS functionality.
