Once you've created an international shipment, you may view and print the shipment's completed international forms. These forms are available in PDF format to download, view, and print. Three copies of each completed form are included in the PDF file.
You may view, download, and print international forms for your shipment from the following locations:

Shipment confirmation screen (UPS Shipping Tool) - Once you've finished creating your shipment, a Print UPS International Forms button will be displayed. Click this button to view, download, and print the completed international forms.

International Shipment History (Order Manager) - You may access completed international forms for all shipments made during the last 30 days using the International Shipment History link in Order Manager. After accessing the International Shipment History section, locate the order for which you'd like to view, download, or print international forms, then click the corresponding Print Completed International Forms link.

Print International Forms (Order Manager) - After your shipment has been created, Order Manager will display a Print International Forms link for this order. Click this link to view, download, and print international forms.
Note: The Print UPS International Forms button, Print Completed International Forms link, and Print International Forms link will only be displayed when international forms have been completed for a shipment.
