The Status column of the Files table will show one of the following two statuses for the files you've uploaded:

• Staged - this means the file has been uploaded, but it has not yet been published.
• Published - the file has been published.
  

To publish all Staged files, click the Publish All Files button (located above the Files table). Learn more.

To publish an individual Staged file, select the file using the checkbox beside the file name and then click Publish. Learn more.

Note: The Publish button will change from Publish All to Publish (#) once one or more individual files are selected. The number of selected files to publish will appear on the Publish button. For example, if you select two files to publish, the Publish button will show Publish (2).
