The Store Editor has five publish options:
Note that not all publish modes are available in the Standard Editor. If you don't see the Publish Options button, you must switch to the Advanced Editor.
If Publish All is needed and not available in Publish Options, click Cancel to go back to the Store Editor. Click Variables, then Update (no changes are required). Publish All will now be visible under Publish Options. Important! Once this is done, a Publish All will be required before Publish Changes can be used again.
Publish Changes
This will publish only those pages you've updated since your last publish. You can click the Advanced link to specify additional IDs to include in a Publish Changes action. This might include your home page, seasonal sales pages, etc.

Publish All
This option publishes each page in your store, whether or not it has been updated. This option is usually only required if you've made updates to your Variables, or if there was an error with the previous publish. Note: When doing a Publish All, you have an option to include publish statistics in your publish notifications. Learn more.

Publish Individual Pages
The Publish Individual Pages option allows you to publish only specific pages. This means you can temporarily bypass longer publish cycles while getting out critical updates fast. For example, an emergency change to a sales splash page to show a new coupon code.
You can publish up to 100 individual pages. However, please make note of the following:
- You may publish up to 100 individual items since your last full publish, whether that's 100 items in a single publish, 25 items in each of 4 publishes, etc. Once this 100 item limit is reached, you must perform a full publish before you can use Publish Individual Pages again.
- Item data that has changed will not automatically be updated elsewhere. For example, if you change the price of an item and do an individual publish for that item page, its price will not update elsewhere in your storefront where it's displayed (e.g. a section page.) In order to update the section page as well you would need to include it as an individual publish.
- Changed item data will not be updated in site search results.
- Changed item data will not appear in your sitemap.xml or catalog.xml files.
To minimize impact of the above, you should Publish Changes or Publish All as quickly as possible after publishing individual pages. This will allow the updated information to reach all parts of your store.

Recurring Publish
Publishing your store in the middle of the business day can make it tough to get other work done. Why not set your store to publish when no one is working on it?
- Sign in to your My Services page.
- Click the Store link.
/msdyn_blobfile/$value)
- Go to Store Editor.
/msdyn_blobfile/$value)
- From the Advanced Editor toolbar, click the Publish Options button.
/msdyn_blobfile/$value)
From the Schedule tab, in the Recurring publish section:
- Select one or more days.
- Set a time.
- Click the Save button.
/msdyn_blobfile/$value)
Note: All times are Pacific.
Your store will now automatically publish on the selected day(s) within the selected hour. If there are no changes to publish when scheduled, nothing will happen. The schedule will stay the same until changed and occur every week.
Note: It's important to make sure that there is no Store Editor, Catalog Manager, and Catalog API activity around the time of a scheduled publish. Otherwise, the publish may fail due to the Store Editor not being allowed to free up memory. Learn more.
