There may be times when you receive an email notification with the subject:
WHOIS Data Confirmation for widgetdesigns.com (replace widgetdesigns.com with your domain name)
These are email reminders to keep your domain name contact information up-to-date. These emails are sent from the email address no-reply@help.turbify.com.
Sending such reminders is a standard practice adopted by ICANN (The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) and all accredited registrars need to comply with this procedure in order to help customers keep their domain contact information up-to-date.
If your domain contact information is accurate and up-to-date, you do not need to take any further action. However, if you wish to update your domain contact information, all you need to do is click the link at the bottom of the email. This link takes you to your My Services page:
To review and update your WHOIS contact information, please log into our management interface here.
If you prefer, you can sign in directly to your My Services page and go to the Domain Control Panel. From there, you can update your contact information.
Note: If your domain name is not registered through Turbify, please contact your registrar for further information.
