In WordPress, you can add a link to text and images in your Posts and Pages.

Add a text link
- Sign in to your WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to the Post or Page where you wish to add the link.
- On the Edit page, highlight the text and click the Link icon.

- In the dialog text field, type or paste the link URL.

Or search for another page in your blog to link the text to.

- For more options, toggle the Link options:
- Choose if you want the link to Open in new tab.
- If Search engines should ignore the link.
- Choose if you want the link marked as Sponsored.

- Click the Save draft link to save your changes, click the Preview link to preview your changes, and Publish when ready.

Add an image link
- Sign in to your WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to the Post or Page where you wish to add the link.
- On the Edit page, click the image you wish to add the link to and click the Link icon.

- In the dialog text field, type or paste the link URL and click the Apply icon. You can also link to the Media File or Attachment Page.

Or search for another page in your blog to link the image to.

- For more options, click the Link settings button:
- Choose if you want the link to Open in new tab. This option will autofill the LINK REL field.
- Manually enter an optional LINK REL or LINK CSS CLASS.

- Click the Save draft link to save your changes, click the Preview link to preview your changes, and Publish when ready.
