Click the WordPress Management link on the left toolbar. Note: WordPress Management is not available for the WordPress Essentials Hosting plan.
Click the Install button within the WP Toolkit. This will open your installation modal.
In the modal, you will be able to fully customize your WordPress installation. Note: Many of the fields auto-populate with generic information or you can customize them with your site's information.
Under the General section, pick your desired options:
Choose your installation path. If you want the WordPress site to be installed at the root, leave the Installation directory field blank.
Type in your desired Website title by removing the randomly generated title.
You can choose a Plugin/theme set or choose None if you want to install it individually later.
Choose your Website language (English is the default).
Choose your WordPress Version (we recommend keeping the default as it will be the latest version available).
Within the WordPress Administrator section, username, password and email will be auto-populated for you.
You are welcome to choose a custom username and password, but we do not recommend using "admin" as the username as it is insecure.
Please update the Email field with your preferred email address for the WordPress login.
Database and Automatic Update Settings can be configured manually if you are an advanced user. If you are not sure, we recommend leaving the settings at default (auto update will be toggled to on when using the default settings).
Click the blue Install button when you are ready to install your WordPress.
Once completed, you will see the following on the lower right of your screen.
A new modal will appear to allow you to install plugins now, or you can click, No, thanks to continue to the WordPress Toolkit.
Click the WordPress Management link on the left toolbar. Note: WordPress Management is not available for the WordPress Essentials Hosting plan.
Repeat steps 4 to 11 above in Activate your first blog. Note: You can use the same WordPress login information that you used when activating your first blog. Important: If you wish to install the blog in the root directory, leave the Installation directory field blank. Please note that this only applies if you had previously deleted the blog in the root directory.
Once WordPress is installed and activated, you'll see an additional WordPress installation.
Click the WordPress Management link on the left toolbar. Note: WordPress Management is not available for the WordPress Essentials Hosting plan.
Checkmark the WordPress site to delete. Important: If you have more than one WordPress site installed and checkmark WordPress sites, all websites will be deleted.
Click the X Remove button. A modal opens to confirm.
Click the Remove button. Note: The log files are marked to delete by default.
Important:Back up your website before deleting it. Deleting your WordPress website means visitors won't be able to view the site any longer, and posts and files associated with WordPress for this website will be removed. If you have other instances of WordPress installed, those won't be deleted. Only the website(s) that you check marked will be deleted.
