Send messages that look like they're coming from another one of your email addresses without leaving your business email account. After a send-only account is added, select that address in the From field while you're composing or replying to emails.

If you wish to add a new reply-to email address in Full-featured Mail, you will first need to add a send-only email address. Note: Business email aliases will automatically be available to add as reply-to addresses.

Add a send-only address in Full-featured Mail

1. Sign in to your business email account.
2. Click the Settings icon.
   
3. Click More Settings.
   
4. Select Mailboxes.
   
5. On the Mailbox management pane, click the arrow to the right of Send-only email address.
   
6. Click the Add button which will appear.
   
7. Under Add send-only email address, enter the email address you wish to add then click the Next button.
   
8. Sign in to the email account you just added and look for an email with the subject Please verify your email address.
   
9. In the email, click the click here link to verify the email address. Note: If you added another business email address or Yahoo Mail address, you'll be prompted to sign out of the current account and sign back in to the business email account in which you were adding the send-only address.
   
10. On the next screen, click the Verify button.
    
11. You'll see a confirmation message. Click the Return to account settings button. This will take you to your business email profile.
    
    From there you can access your mailbox again by clicking the Cancel button.
    

Add a send-only address in Basic Mail

1. Sign in to your business email account.
2. On the top-right, select Settings from the pull-down menu then click the Go button.
   
3. Under Mailbox list, click the Add button in the Send-only email address section. Note: You can add up to 10 send-only addresses.
   
4. In the Add send-only email address pane, enter the following:
   • Set address - The email address you wish to add as the send-only address.
   • Your Name - The name on the emails that you send.
   • Description - Name the mailbox. This is for your reference in case you add additional send-only addresses.
   • Reply-to address - Receive replies to sent messages at another address.
   
5. Click the Save button.
   
6. Sign in to the email account you just added and look for an email with the subject Please verify your email address.
   
7. In the email, click the click here link to verify the email address. Note: If you added another business email address or Yahoo Mail address, you'll be prompted to sign out of the current account and sign back in to the business email account in which you were adding the send-only address.
   
8. On the next screen, click the Verify button.
   
9. You'll see a confirmation message. Click the Return to account settings button. This will take you to your business email profile.
   
   From there you can access your mailbox again by clicking the Cancel button.
