How do I update my billing information?
Learn how to change your card billing address and expiration date, add a new credit or debit card, add a PayPal account, and change which payment method we bill for your service. If your account is past due, this will bring it current.

There are a number of changes you can make to your billing information:
Update existing payment method - Change the name on the card, your billing address, telephone number, and expiration date.
Replace existing payment method - Use a new or existing payment method in place of the current one. Replacing a payment method automatically switches any services attached to the new method.
Delete payment method - Remove a credit/debit card or PayPal account from your available options. Note that you cannot delete a payment method tied to an active service; you'll need to change payment method for the service first.
Note: Pre-paid cards and gift cards may not pass the AVS (address verification system) check and may also have issues with recurring charges. Pe-paid cards and gift cards may also have issues with refunds. Please use a standard credit/debit card. For PayPal, make sure that your PayPal account is attached to a bank account. If a PayPal account has a balance on it and no bank account attached to it, it may also have issues with recurring charges.
