The Manage Products page of the Catalog Manager includes a quick search field located near the top right of the screen. Using this, you can search for products within a table by entering a product name, code, or ID into the search box and clicking the Search button. You can also perform wildcard searches using the quick search feature, by using the % character to represent one or more other characters in the search term.
Use quick search
- Sign in to your My Services page.
- Click the Store link.

- Go to Catalog Manager.

- You will be taken to the Manage Products page on the Products tab.

- Using the View table pull-down menu, select a table to search. If you wish to search all tables, select all-tables from the list of tables.

- Using the quick search pull-down menu, select either contains or exactly matches.

- In the quick search field, enter a product name, code, or ID then click the Search button.

Once you've performed your search, you may edit or delete products directly from your search results. When editing products directly from the search results, you may:
- Edit an individual product by clicking on its linked product ID
- Make the same changes to selected products, by selecting products to edit using the product checkboxes and clicking the Edit Selected button
- Open all products displayed onscreen for editing, by clicking the Edit All button.

If you wish, you may download the products listed in your search results as a .csv file by clicking on the Download icon, located underneath the quick search button.

Important note: You'll need to manually clear search results. Otherwise the search results will stay until you switch to another table, switch browsers, or delete your browser's cookies. To clear search results, simply click the X to the right of the search term.

Note: You should not use the .csv files that result from searches performed on more than one table to update your product catalog via .csv upload. Uploading a .csv file that contains products from multiple tables will result in an error.
