Can I submit a partial void on a PayPal transaction?
No, submitting a partial void is not possible. When you submit a void, you are voiding the authorization (or reauthorization) for a payment. You can capture less than the amount of the authorization/reauthorization. If you need to return funds to a buyer for whatever reason, you will need to issue a refund.
