These messages mean that there is a problem with the card you are attempting to process.
These messages come from the payment processor and to find out the exact reason, we recommend first checking your Failed Authorizations Report.
It's also possible that although the card was approved at the time the order was placed, something happened to the account between the time the order was placed and when it is processed.
In some cases, you may need to contact the support center for that card type (ex. Visa, MasterCard, etc.). Your Merchant Account Provider should provide you with a toll free number for each card type you accept.
If you do not have these phone numbers, contact your Merchant Account Provider to get them.
