In order to be able to reset your business email password, you'll need to first create your business email profile. Learn how. If you haven't created your business email profile but need to reset your business email password, contact the account owner or an administrator so they can reset it via the Email Control Panel. For the security of the account, support cannot help reset a business email user's password.
Note: Your new password must be between 8 - 20 characters and include an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, special character, and no repeated characters.
Important: If you access your business email on a mobile device and/or POP client, you will also need to generate a new app password after changing the business email password. You will then add the new app password to the mobile device and/or POP client's password fields. Changing your business email password does not invalidate previously created app passwords.
