On some sites, consumers have the ability to suggest changes to local business listings if they think the information is incorrect. The Publisher Suggestions feature allows you to view suggested changes on Google and Yelp and allows you to approve or reject them from the Localworks Standard and Premium dashboard. Managing your publisher suggestions will help ensure that the information that consumers see about your business is always accurate and up-to-date.
Approve or reject Publisher Suggestions
- Sign in to your My Services page.
- Click the Dashboard link.
- From the Localworks tab, click Publisher Suggestions.
- Mouse over one of the suggestions, then select one of the following options:
- Approve - Selecting this option will automatically update the corresponding field in Knowledge Manager and push the update to all of your listings.
- Reject - Selecting this option will remove the suggestion and will not update any of your listing details.
- Reject and edit - Click the down arrow next to Reject to see this option. This will reject the suggestion but will also add a field in which you can edit the suggestion.
