The Sentiment Analysis tool in Localworks Premium allows you to:
- View the most common keywords appearing in your reviews.
- View the modifiers most often describing those keywords.
- View the sentiment score of the keywords.
- View sample reviews containing a keyword and modifier.
- Create a custom collection of keywords to track in correspondence with one another.
Access Sentiment Analysis
- Sign in to your My Services page.
- Click the Dashboard link.

- From the Reviews tab, click Sentiment.

- In the Sentiment by Keyword section, you'll see a list of all keywords and data related to those keywords:
- Sentiment - The higher score the better.
- Mentions - See how many times a keyword was mentioned in reviews.
- Avg. Rating - The average rating for those reviews.
- Top Modifiers - Modifiers most often describing the keywords. Note: If you click one of the modifiers, you will see some sample reviews which use the modifier which described the keywords.

You may wish to track only the most important keywords. To do so, you can create a Collection.
Create a Collection
- Click the Create Collection button on the top-right.
- In the Edit Collection module:
- In the Collection Name field, enter a name for the Collection.
- Click the Add Keyword link to add a keyword to the Collection.
- Repeat step 3 to add additional keywords.
- Click the Save button.

The new Collection will appear under Sentiment by Collection. Under the new collection, you can track the keywords together or individually.
