Linking your Google My Business account with your Localworks Standard or Premier plan allows you to update your Google My Business information, manage your reviews, and create posts. Learn more about Google My Business. Note: Google reviews will not appear on listings on other platforms.
Link to Google My Business
- Sign in to your My Services page.
- Click the Dashboard link.
- Click the Localworks tab.
- In the Get Live section, click the Fix Google My Business link.
- Click the Set up button to the right of the Google My Business section.
- Sign in to your Google account. If you don't have an account, click the Create an account link and follow the steps to create a Google account.
- Once logged in, a permission request dialog will appear. Click the Allow button if you wish to continue.
- Select the location that is associated with your account. A green checkmark will appear if the location is verified.
Note: If you do not already have a Google My Business location, select the Create new Google My Business location radio button - Click the Continue button.
- A Content Change dialog will appear. This dialog explains that major changes to your Google My Business page may require additional verification. Click the Continue button.
- You'll have an option to update or add your Google+ profile picture and cover photos.
- Click the Complete button.
If your location isn't verified, you'll need to sign in to your Google My Business account and verify it. Learn more.
