Customize your gift certificate emails with HTML

1. Sign in to your My Services page.
2. Click the Store link.
   
3. Go to Shipment & Order Status.
   
4. Click the Gift Certificate Email Settings tab.
   
5. Select the Use HTML Gift Certificate Email checkbox.
   
6. Enter a Gift Certificate Email Subject for your email.
   
7. Click the Gift Certificate Email HTML Template button and customize the HTML code.
   Note: You can click the Download default HTML template link or Download Published HTML button if you'd rather download the template and customize the code offline.
   
   
8. Click the Save/Preview HTML Email button to save and review your changes.
   
9. After reviewing your changes, click the Close button.
   
   Note: The preview mode will display data from your last 10 orders which included gift certificates. This is used in the preview as an example only.
10. Return to Store Manager and publish your Order Settings.
    

Note: The logo image in the default template is controlled by the HTML Email Logo Image on the Confirmation Email Settings tab. The gift_wrap_message variable is used as the subheading before the body of the email. Learn more about HTML email template variables.
