A Website Design Service plan allows you to have a custom built WordPress website or blog designed for you by our design team. After signing up for Website Design Service, you'll be taken your My Services page. In the Website Design Service module under Control Panels, click the Get Started link.

If you added the Website Design Service add-on to your Web Hosting account, click the Consult & Setup link (Website Design Standard/Premium). For Website Design Basic add-ons, please check your email for information on setting up your consultation and getting started. 

On the Get Started page (for Website Design Standard and Premium accounts):

1. Set up your Website Design Service account - You have the option to contact support for assistance with this or follow our step-by-step guide.
   • To contact support for assistance, call the number provided or click this link.
   • If you prefer to set up your account by yourself, click the Follow this self-service guide we prepared for you link. Learn how to set up your Website Design Service account.
   
2. Schedule a consultation with the design team - You'll join a conference call with our design team to lay out your vision for a beautiful new site.
   • In the Schedule a design consultation panel, click the Schedule an appointment link.
     
   • In the form which appears, enter your Order ID (See below.), Business Name, Phone Number, Email, Requested Consultation Date, Time Zone, and Requested Consultation Time.
     Note: Make sure you enter your login ID email address in the Email field.
   • In the reCaptcha section, click the box to confirm that you are not a robot.
   • Click the Submit button.
     
     Note: Your Order ID can be found in the order confirmation email that was sent to your login ID email address. The email subject will be Turbify Order Confirmation. 
   • Once you've scheduled your consultation, we'll send you a Google Calendar invitation to help you keep track of the appointment. This invite will have a dial in number with a conference code, as well as a Zoom meeting link. Please note that you will need to dial in to your consultation appointment; the Design Team will not call you. 
     • If you happen to miss your consultation appointment or need to reschedule it, please reach out to the Design Team using the email address provided on your invite. 
3. After your initial consultation, the design team will then begin working on your WordPress site. They will also be contacting you periodically to get your feedback. Once the site is finished and you give the design team your final approval, they will publish your site.
