There are several products included in Business Maker but not all of the products are supported in one channel. If you have questions or concerns about any of Business Maker's suite of products please use the following support channels.
Turbify
You can contact Turbify support using the Chat tab in your dashboard or our contact page if you have questions or concerns in the following areas:
- Login ID and password issues - If you have trouble signing in to your Business Maker dashboard.
- Billing - Ordering, adding, updating, or changing the payment method used for Business Maker, and canceling services.
- Point of Sale - Setting up and managing Point of Sale and the Point of Sale mobile app.
- Domain - The domain name for your Business Maker website.
- Business email - Business email, business email passwords, app passwords, and setting up third-party clients and mobile devices.
- Website Builder - The design tool used for your Business Maker website.
- Localworks - Setting up and managing your Localworks service.
Legalinc
Although Turbify support can walk you through the set up for your Business Maker Legal services, Legalinc is the main point of contact for your Legal services. You can contact Legalinc at:
