The Force Sync feature allows you to send the data stored in Localworks to publishers in the Knowledge Network on command. This feature can be used to override changes made directly on the publisher or to help you refresh your data on certain listings.
Note: This functionality does not replace the sync that Localworks has with each publisher. Localworks will continue to automatically sync your data to each publisher.
Force sync listing information
- Sign in to your Localworks dashboard.
- Click Listings in the top navigation bar.
- Click on the Locations sub-tab.
- Click on the pull-down arrow to the right of the desired listing and click Force Sync.
Note: The maximum number of Force Syncs is limited to three per listing per day.
