What is happening?
Turbify is now providing cPanel for our new and existing Web Hosting subscriptions to make managing your website even easier. In a nutshell, the cPanel interface will begin replacing our legacy Turbify Web Hosting Control Panel in early 2023 for our new and existing customers.
What is cPanel?
cPanel is a robust web hosting control panel to allow end users to easily create and manage their online presence. cPanel was first started in 1997 and has since become seen as the industry standard for hosting control panels. If you have never heard of cPanel, we encourage you to take a look at their brief introductory video on YouTube.
What are the benefits I will see when I get cPanel for my Web Hosting subscription?
cPanel introduces a host of new features to make creating and managing your site easy. Here are just a few of the exciting new functions you can look forward to:

When will cPanel be available for new customers?
cPanel is being offered within our Web Hosting subscriptions, with more products to have cPanel in the near future.
When will existing customers be moving to cPanel?
We plan to start upgrading existing customers (Web Hosting, Merchant Solutions, and WordPress hosting subscriptions) in early 2023. If you have a plan moving to cPanel, we will send you an email with more details as your upgrade gets closer.
Where will I be able to find help from Turbify?
Help articles for the most common tasks will be available on the day we enable cPanel, with more articles for less-common tasks to quickly follow. To help you find the most common articles, we recommend starting with our cPanel Index article.
What other resources can I review for more information?
cPanel has a vast knowledge base of articles for end users to be able to use, as do the makers of the WordPress Toolkit. Please feel free to browse the links below for more information on what will be available in cPanel.
Note: While reviewing these links, you may see options that are not going to be offered by Turbify, as each hosting provider may customize cPanel for their customers.
