Imunify360 is a malware scanning tool that will identify malicious agents in your website's files, folders, and databases, and automatically remove them. There is nothing that you need to do, Imunify360 has your website's malware detection covered. It is recommended to periodically check the malware scan results. Note: Imunify360 is not available with Merchant Starter and Web Hosting Basic plans.   

Access Imunify360 

1. Sign in to your My Services page.
2. Click the Web Hosting link.
   
3. Click the Imunity360 link in the Security module.
    

Malware scanner malicious tab

The Malicious tab in the malware scanner section displays malware results. If malware is found, you will see the malicious actor, type of malware, reason, status, and action. Note: If there are several scans, you can search or sort them by Timeframe and Status to better process results.
 

Malware scanner scan tab

The Scan tab in the Malware scanner section is where you can review the files and databases scanned. In this section you can review the dates your website was scanned, the total objects scanned, and the results.
 

Malware scanner history tab

The History tab is an archive of malware that has been detected. This section lists the date, type of scan, (file or database), the path to the file or database, the cause, and who initiated the malicious action and the event.
   

Proactive defense

The Proactive Defense section is configured for you. This section lists PHP-based attacks and will remove malicious actors immediately. You can view the action taken in the Detected Events tab and any items ignored in the Ignore List tab. 

Settings

Click the Gear icon at the top right to enable or disable email notifications of security issues affecting your web hosting account. Remember to click the Save Changes button. Note: Email notifications are enabled by default and are only sent if you have an admin@your-domain-here email address.
