When you're ready to use your new Catalog Request pages, you must enable Catalog Request in the Advanced Settings section of Checkout & Registration Manager. Learn how to enable Catalog Request.

You can create and customize your Catalog Request confirmation page on the Catalog Request Confirmation page in the Page Configuration section of Checkout & Registration Manager.

Access your Catalog Request confirmation page settings

1. Sign in to your My Services page.
2. Click the Store link.
   
3. Go to Checkout & Registration Manager.
   
4. Go to Page Configuration.
   
5. From the Catalog Request tab, click the Catalog Request Confirmation link.
   
6. In the Page Settings and Page Sections areas:
   • Add your page title in the Title field.
   • Add a message for your customers, such as a thank you message, expected catalog delivery time, or other important information in the Page Message field. Learn more.
   • Display or Hide custom regions. Learn more.
   • Choose which page sections and fields to display. Learn more.
   
7. Click the Save button when finished or the Save & Preview button to save and preview your changes.
   
8. Return to Store Manager and publish your Order Settings.
   

Overview of Page Sections

Catalog Request Confirmation

The Catalog Request Confirmation section displays at the top of the Catalog Request Confirmation page, above the Confirmation and Ship To sections. You may add plain text or hidden fields to this section. If you'd like to add messages, details or instructions not included in the Page Message field, you may wish to add a plain text field to this section.

Confirmation

The Confirmation section includes the Order Date and Order Number fields, which display the date the customer submitted a catalog request, and the ID assigned to the catalog request. The Order Date and Order Number fields are required fields that may not be hidden or removed.  You may add plain text or hidden fields to this section.

Ship To

The Ship To section displays the shipping address information provided by the customer in the Catalog Request form. This section may not be hidden or removed. You may add plain text or hidden fields to this section.

Once you've finished modifying your confirmation page, you must publish your Order Settings for the changes to take effect.
