To begin, access your Dashboard:

1. Sign in to your My Services page.
2. Click the Dashboard link.
   
   Note: You'll only see this section if you've published your site and purchased a Website Builder subscription. If you only have a free draft site, you can go straight to your Dashboard.

You are now on your Manage Site page, which gives you access to all areas of your Website Builder account. You can return here at any time by clicking Manage Site on the left navigation bar:

• Site Name - Your site name is displayed on the top left of the dashboard. Click the arrow to the right of your site name for the following options:
  
  • Websites - Shows the site name, domain name, and publish status for your site(s). Click Create a new site to start a new Website Builder site.
  • Stores - You can create a new a Merchant Solutions ecommerce site by clicking the Create a new store link.
  • Local - Click the Add a new business link to order a Localworks plan.
    
    Note: Your site name is not your domain name. The site name is for your reference.

• View site - Visit the most recently published version of your website.
• ? icon - Takes you to the Website Builder Help Index.
• Bell icon - Displays any notifications for your services.
• Account icon - Allows you to visit your My Profile page or sign out.
  

• Site name area
  • Small thumbnail image of your site.
  • Your site name.
  • Your domain name. Note: If there's no domain name associated with your site, you will see No Domain.
  • Edit Site - Leads to the Site Design area
    
• Site Actions
  • View site - Visit the most recently published version of your website.
  • Create new site - Start a new site.
  • Manage subscription - Visit your My Account page.
    
  • Delete site - delete the current site.
    Note: Delete site will only appear on a site that is not associated with a domain name.
    
• Site Information
  • Site Name - This is the name you gave your site. Click Edit site name to change it.
  • Domain - Your domain name will be displayed. Click the Manage domain link to access the Domain Control Panel.
    Note: If you have a Website Builder Lite plan, your yahoosites.com address will display instead, and you can connect or disconnect a domain name. Learn more.
  • Plan - Your plan type. Click the Change plan link to change to a different Website Builder plan.
  • Site Status - The date and time you last published your website. 
    
    Note: If you haven't published your site yet, the Plan and Site Status areas will be absent.
• Left navigation
  • Dashboard - Returns you to the Dashboard home page.
  • Insights - Displays Live Web Insights, where you can monitor traffic and other site statistics. Learn more.
  • Apps - Visit the Commerce Central app gallery, where you can purchase apps to support and expand your business.
  • Site Design - Edit your website.
  • Business Email - Visit the Email Control Panel, where you can manage your email addresses. Learn more.
  • Domains - Access the Domain Control Panel. Learn more.
    Note: There won't be a Domains link in the Dashboard if there's no domain connected to your site.
  • Manage Site - Go back to the Manage Site page.
  • SSL Manager - Secure your site with your own SSL certificate. Available for Website Builder Basic and Professional plans only. Learn more.
    

Note: If you find that Website Builder is loading slowly or you have trouble clicking links or buttons within Website Builder, you may need to clear your web browser's cache and cookies.

Please note: You will not be able to give a new site a site name which was previously used on a deleted site. A new site will require a brand new site name.
